What happens after I make the payment?

Our support team will call and brief you about the next steps like KYC and Online document submission and keep you informed about the policy processing status. You will also be kept informed through email and SMS about your policy status.

When will I get my policy receipt/policy number?

We will need 3 days to process any policy. Rarely due to additional documentation required or any unforeseen circumstances it may take more than 3 days. If medical test is necessary it may take anywhere between 15 days to a month. How ever if you need to fast track the policy processing kindly contact on our customer care number.

Can I change the policy term or premium after payment?

You can contact our customer care within 24 hours. If the policy is still not processed we can try to make changes to the plan.

What are the benefits of buying Online?

Online buying has no agents. You get better services like policy tracking, online proposal, online payment modes like Credit Card.

Can I buy LIC Policy from anywhere in India?

You can buy policy from anywhere in India. All you need is the Aadhar card and mobile number linked to it.

Can I access my policy in my home town?

Yes, LIC has offices all over India. You can pay your premiums or get information about your policy from any where in India.

What types of Online Payment can I use?

You can pay the premiums through Netbanking, Wallets, UPI, Debit card and Credit card

What are the premium payment modes?

You can choose to pay the premiums Yearly, Half yearly or Quarterly. If you choose to pay Monthly, then you will need to submit the NACH form within 15 days.

Policy Servicing

When will I get my policy bond?

Once the policy is issued, the policy bond copy will be ready in 15 to 20 working days. It will be handed over to you by us.

How can I pay my future premiums?

You can pay the premiums on LIC website https://ebiz.licindia.in/D2CPM/#Login. You can register your policy on the portal or also https://ebiz.licindia.in/D2CPM/#DirectPay without registering. 

 

How can I get my Annual Premium Paid Statement?

Once you have registered on LIC customer portal, you can login to your account and obtain the statement. If you are unable to access, you can always reach us.

Will I get reminders for premium payments?

You will receive reminders on your registered Mobile number and Email ID
