Download eKYC zip file from Adhaar website
1. Keep downloaded eKYC zip file in your PC/Laptop or Mobile.
2. You need to upload downloaded eKYC zip file in email link to be sent by LIC Back Office Team once verification of your order, profile and suitability of plan is completed and approved by Back Office Sales Team.
3. Click on link sent in email from LIC system to complete eKYC. Enter mobile number linked to Adhaar, 4 Digit Share Code, and upload eKYC zip file downloaded from Adhaar website on LIC PROTAL.
Wait for LIC Team to call you for verification and trigger email from Back Office LIC PORTAL to your email id provided in order for eKYC completion.
